Diary Oneironaut II: 2nd Trial
DIARY ONEIRONAUT II
2nd Trial (Jan 23nd 2013)My second trial was a fail either.
Since it was my holiday, I can easily take a nap in noon.
But this time, I didn't feel burden in breathing and I obviously saw my room while I keep continuing fall into sleep.
It was shorter than my first trial as I didn't find 'the tunnel' in my vision.
I think the problem is lack of focus as I felt relax at that time.
I hope next time I can get near the tunnel and enter it.

Diary Oneironaut I: 1st Trial
DIARY ONEIRONAUT I
1st Trial (Jan 22nd 2013)I have known this issue since 2010, but never really acknowledge Lucid Dream.
When it became trend in 2012, I got interest on articles containing Oneirology.
Oneirology is field of scientific subject which focusing dream and it process, and how the brain works while sleeping.
We call oneironaut for person who experienced Lucid Dream or can keep their mind awake while exploring their dreams.
It's kind of rare subject people acknowledge, and I think at least once I should taste Lucid Dream.
I'm so curious what will happen or what it like when we can take control of our dreams.
But seems like nothing special behind it. It was just my overflowing curiosity.
My first trial was failed. I never planned it before. It was holiday and cool wind came through the window, really appealing.
I felt so relaxed and since I was sleepy I fall easily to sleeping stage.
While I got myself into sleeping phase, I remember about Lucid Dream and decide to try once.
Just like others 1st trial, I experienced sleep paralysis though that wasn't my first sleep paralysis.
I breath heavily like something bonding my body. I can see clearly everything surrounding my body just like fully awake.
I knew just a little bit effort and I'll success so I maintained myself relax though it's not easy to keep yourself awake while you are about to fall into deeper sleep.
If I fail to concentrate I could just easily get up or fall into sleep.
I saw a tunnel full of lightning, but since I didn't try to get near there I assumed I failed into deeper sleep.
I woke up in the afternoon and still remember my trial.
Well, I should try another chance next time.
